Ellen Jenkins

Ellen C. Jenkins is a founding partner of VCA, Inc. an agency specializing in personal and professional development. A psychometrician, she has over 25 years of experience facilitating career development, and providing training and organizational development to customers in the private and public sectors. She is a Professional member of the American Counseling Association, the National Career Development Association, the American Society for Training and Development, and is a Certified Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. Ellen completed her Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland in College Park. Recently she provided training in a nationally certified Career Development Facilitator program to Employment Specialists in Arlington and Alexandria, VA.
