Trainers are selected based on subject matter expertise and training/facilitation skills.  Because trainers are the “face” of the Institute every time they deliver a session for us, we select them carefully. Referrals and testimonials from other professionals, and periodic solicitations, are used to identify potential trainers for Institute services.

Periodically, The Institute solicits additional trainers with specific areas of expertise based on our need to deliver various curricula. Trainers may contact The Institute at any time to inquire about training opportunities.

Prospective trainers should download and submit the Trainer Profile Form (doc, 38KB), along with either a 3-5 minute “demo” DVD or an emailed hyperlink to a “demo” video website, so that The Institute may see them in action. Staff will use this information to determine proficiency in training skills, subject matter expertise, and alignment of skills and expertise with a possible project.

Trainers are engaged on a contractual basis for specific projects and/or sessions, with compensation negotiated on an individual basis. For more information about becoming an Institute trainer, contact us.
