In this workshop you will learn about a variety of informal assessment tools -- ways to help your customers identify their interests, work values and motivated skills. We will use informal assessment tools that have no language barriers, tools that are for customers with few reading skills and tools that are for your most sophisticated workers. Learn the difference between informal assessment and formal assessment tools, understand the benefits and limitations of informal assessment tools, and find new ways to help your customers in the career decision-making process.
