This course will help Business Services Professionals to better assist Maryland's business customer in determining what their HR needs are, what our system can effectively deliver, and what services can be outsourced. Specific topics such as interviewing, re-discovering the capability of O*Net Business Tools, recruitment, retention, writing job descriptions, delivering an unforgettable sales presentation, conducting exit interviews, and determining the cost of turnover.
