Operating in a high performance environment requires the use of teams at virtually every level of an organization. Today's effective manager is able to function as both team leader and team member depending upon the issue being addressed. This one-day workshop will explore the use of teams in the workplace, help the participant assess his or her own leadership style, and provide the opportunity to integrate new knowledge and skills into his or her repertoire.
