Become familiar with the federal application process to be better able to guide your customers through this daunting task. Upon completion of this course, you'll be able to read federal Vacancy Announcements to write a targeted federal résumé; create and duplicate a "boilerplate" federal résumé to customize for each job application; identify and effectively use key words from the Vacancy Announcement; understand required and optional information; and, use My Account in USAJOBS more effectively.
