The ability to move forward positively and effectively in the face of life's challenges and obstacles is one of the most important skill areas an individual can develop. This workshop will focus on individuals' responses to change in their work lives. We will look at two parallel avenues of change: How organizational change affects us, and how we respond to change. Learn new, specific skills that will allow you to continue developing and increasing your effectiveness in life and work, and help your customers to do the same. Identify individual stressors, learn how to modify personal reactions & discover new ways to respond to the stress and demands of life's challenges. Understand for yourself and teach your customers how to turn change from a negative force into an opportunity for growth and improvement. Learn the process of change, interact with your colleagues using realistic case studies, and engage in a self-awareness tool that will allow you to see more clearly how you react to change.
